Included in price: all taxes, utilities (gas, heating, water and electricity), bed clothes, towels, and final cleaning.

Children under the age of 6 can stay free in their parents’ room if no extra beds are required.

Payment: You will be asked to pay to the owner when you arrive at the accommodation, so please prepare enough cash. The owner cannot accept any credit cards or travellers cheques. You can pay only in CASH in EUR/HUF/USD. Please note that if you pay in a currency other than EURO the owner will apply the daily mid-rate of the Hungarian National Bank.

Check in from 2 p.m., check out until 11 a.m.

General information:

This cheap 3 star All-4U Apartments accommodation with 15 brand new apartments gives you the opportunity to stay together with bigger families or friendly companies and to rent more of the guestrooms close to each other. In All-4U apartment house you can also find low-cost smaller ’studio size’ apartments.

Apartments sized about 47 m² with bedroom and living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom are suitable for 4-5 people.

Services:

Apartments provide: cable TV, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, bed clothes, towels, kitchen equipment, oven, balcony (in limited numbers), hairdryer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Free mobil internet (USB stick) is available from the reception for a deposit.

Reception opening hours: 08.00-20.00

Possibility for having breakfast in the coffee-house of the building for 5 Euro/person.

Parking under the building in a secure garage for 12 Euro/car/day.

Luggage room and safe, as well as booking of sightseeing tours, Budapest Card, programs all around the city, bicycle rental, car rental are available at the reception.

Baby bed, high chair and baby tuba re free of charge upon request (by reservation).

Final cleaning, gas and heating are included in the price.

How to arrive:

Transfer service for 22 Euro/car for maximum 4 persons per car/one way.

We provide free airport pick up (one way – from the airport to the apartment house) in case of reservation for five or more nights. Please contact us if you wish to book the transfer.

Public transport:

From the airport: Take Bus 200 from the airport to the last stop Kőbánya-Kispest. From there take the blue underground line (Metro-M3) to Deák Ferenc tér, and from there walk towards Király utca, then go along Király utca. Holló utca is the third street on the right.

From Nyugati train station: Take the underground blue line (Metro- M3) for 2 stops to Deák Ferenc tér, walk towards Király utca, then go along Király utca. Holló utca is the third street on the right.

From Déli or Keleti train station: Take the underground red line (Metro- M2) to Astoria station, and walk on Károly krt. towards Dob utca, then go along Dob utca. Holló utca is the second street on the left.
